We have something to offer the whole family, from experiencing scuba for the first time to progressing your diver training through the PADI curriculum. Our 5 star facilities and experienced and friendly instructors will provide you with the highest possible standard to learn new diving skills.

Over 70% of our planets’ surface is water. Scuba diving is simply the most amazing way to see our underwater world up close. Dive Academy will help you make your dreams of experiencing and exploring this incredible environment in the most fun and safe way possible.

All our courses are conducted in small groups of no more than 4 people, so that you will always have the full attention of the instructor and you will receive all the help that you need to learn to dive.
- The cost of all our courses includes full equipment rental and certification fees on completion
- Dive Academy has multilingual instructors and staff
- We can on request cater for larger groups, please ask for details
- All you need to bring with you is your swimming costume and a smile.

Snorkelling Safari 2-3 Hours
Don’t fancy diving but want to see the underwater world? Then join us on a snorkel safari. All you need to bring is your swimming costume, towel and smile and we will take care of everything else for you. You will have a presentation on the marine life you will be seeing and a practice in our pool on skin diving techniques. Then it is into the sea for a fun packed hour of snorkelling!!

Padi Bubblemaker Experience 2-3 Hours
This is a course for our young adventurers aged 8-10 years. We start this experience with a fun, instructor-led explanation on how the equipment works and to cover all the required safety aspects. Then it is in to our private pool where we will play games and teach kids how to have fun under the water, experiencing how it feels to be weightless like an astronaut. We guarantee the Bubblemakers will leave with a smile on their face, and will be presented with a certificate of completion to show off to their friends.

Padi Discover Scuba Diving 4 Hours
This is a half day experience for our guests that wish to try diving for the first time. After completing some registration paperwork, we start with a short 25-minute video presentation to show scuba diving basics. Your instructor will then show you all the equipment you are going to use during the course. This includes an opportunity to take your first breath from the regulator (it is super easy!!). Now the real fun begins- time to don your wetsuit and enter our private training pool. Your instructor will demonstrate a few basic scuba skills, before you go on to practice swimming underwear and playing confidence building games. After a short break, it is into the sea from the shore immediately next to the centre. Our local bays are full of colourful marine life including octopus, rays, cuttlefish, parrot fish and many more... On completing the course, you will be registered with PADI- so if you wish to continue with diving and gain a full certification, your Discover Scuba Diving experience will count towards this.

Padi Scuba Diver Course 2-3 days
This 2-day course will teach you the introductory skills needed to Scuba Dive and certify you to a maximum depth of 12m. Over the course duration, you will make 3 practice dives in our private pool and 2 dives in the sea. You will also watch 3 videos of about 40 minutes in length, each giving you the information for the next part of your adventure. By the end of the course you will make 3 fun quizzes to check your understanding of basic dive theory. Your instructor will be on hand to guide you through every stage of the course. On completing the course, you will receive a PADI license allowing you to dive all around the world if accompanied by a PADI professional.

Padi Open Water Diver 3-4 days
This is a 3 to 4-day course which will teach you all the skills you will need to dive independently with another certified diver to a maximum depth of 18m. Over the course, you will make 5 training dives in our private pool and 4 dives in the sea. You will also develop your knowledge about diving through a series of videos, study of the course manual, instructor-led quizzes and knowledge reviews, and a final multiple-choice exam. On completing the course, you will receive a full diving certification from PADI.

Padi Advanced Open Water Course 2 days
This is a 2 day course which is designed to take you to the next step in your diving adventure and expand on the skills learnt in the Open Water course, whilst safely being supervised by your instructor. You make 5 dives to complete the course. One of which must be a navigation dive, where you will learn how to navigate under water with both a compass and using natural navigation. Additionally, you will make a Deep dive below 18m. This will give you a better understanding of what it is like at deeper depths and give you the requisite skills and knowledge to safely make dives up to 30m. Then you can choose any 3 other sections from the PADI Adventures in Diving Manual. They include Photography, Wreck, Nitrox, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Boat, Night, Fish Identification, Search and Recovery, and Drift.... They are all great fun and you will be happy to know there is no exam at the end of the course. You do however have to make the relevant knowledge reviews, the same as you did in your Open Water Course.

Emergency First Response 1 day
Emergency First Response training focuses on building confidence in lay rescuers and increasing their willingness to respond when faced with a medical emergency. Course participants learn simple to follow steps for emergency care and practice applying skills in a non-stressful learning environment. All courses are supported by self-study manuals, videos and quick reference cards to enhance learning and allow you to start learning right away.

EFR courses meet the CPR and first aid training requirements for the PADI Rescue Diver course and all professional-level ratings.

Padi Rescue Diver 2 days
Scuba divers describe the PADI Rescue Diver course as the most challenging, yet most rewarding course they’ve ever taken. Why? Because you learn to prevent and manage problems in the water, and become more confident in your skills as a diver, knowing that you can help others if needed. During the course, you learn to become a better buddy by practicing problem solving skills until they become second nature. Plus, the course is just fun – it’s serious, but still allows for lots of laughter in between the focused learning.

This is held over 2 months and will cover all the aspects of becoming a good Divemaster. In return you will work at the dive centre in exchange for all your training cost.
